Bereavement Support

There are different stages of bereavement; we go through a process and those that have experienced this process can often relate to others in a similar situation. However, each circumstance and experience is personal and unique to you. You may miss out stages of the grief cycle or you may feel ‘stuck’ at one stage and need help. The grief cycle includes experiencing denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. We need to process change and come to terms with our new reality.

Here at Hadaway & Denton, we are a family and we ourselves are unique. We have experienced grief ourselves and we try and use this experience to help and support others, showing compassion, patience, care and guidance at their most difficult time. You are always welcome at our place for a cuppa and chat. We often hear that our clients feel that they are now alone weeks or months after the funeral because others have moved on and they feel that they are expected to as well. They feel that their close colleagues or family or friends have become tired of hearing their grief and they feel that they can be a burden in this way. We are here for you and we understand.
